Feast & Flames

Following on from the very enjoyable night that was last year's 'Fire It Up' event we invite you to a free evening to celebrate fire and feasting.

We are teaming up with local wine merchant and restaurant Scarlet Wines. The newly built wood fired soda kiln will be used as a pop-up pizza oven, as pizzas are cooked at lightning speed by the high temperature wood-fired kiln in the Beagle Cross garden, a bar full of luscious wines and a selection of award winning cider ( including warming mulled cider ) from craft producer Secret Orchard.

In the museum entrance gallery we will present our new selling exhibition 'Teachers' Pots'-an opportunity to see work by members of our education team, including staff and freelance tutors. Here there will be a chance to have a small taster of the wine, cider and pizza that will be on offer in the garden.
