In celebration of St Ives September Festival, we are happy to host these one-off workshops. These workshops are open to all over 18s of any abilities.   

Thursday 25th September: Make an Autumn Vase

Time: 6-8pm

Take inspiration from the flora and fauna across the surfaces of pots in the Leach Pottery Collection and use Seed heads and natural textures to create your own Autumn Vase.   
Outcomes of the workshop will be fired and glazed and ready for collection from the Leach Pottery within 10 weeks of the workshop.  

Equipment & materials: clay and a basic tool kit is provided. Please bring additional tools if you wish to use them along with an apron.  

This course will: teach you basic hand building techniques.  
You will leave with: An Autumn Vase that is within the footprint of 15 x 15 x 15cm which will be glazed and fired at the Leach Pottery ready for collection or postage within 10 weeks
