Museum closed for restoration

The museum restoration is expected to be completed in November 2026. During this time, there will be no access to the museum or cube gallery. You can find out more about the restoration project here.

The year-long renovation will allow visitors to learn more about the life of those who lived and worked at the Leach Pottery, through objects and first-hand accounts. A new gallery will enable us to borrow pieces from other organisations, such as the Tate, Centre of Ceramic Art, York and the V&A, some of which will not have been shown in Cornwall before.

Directions

We are located in Higher Stennack, a 20 minute walk up the hill from central St Ives. Find us on Google Maps.
