Tour & Pinch Pot Workshop

Explore
Participants discover the story of how the Leach Pottery revitalised the tradition of handmade pottery.
Make
Taking inspiration from the ceramics made by the Leach Pottery, participants will make their own hand-built tea bowls.
Ceramics will be fired and posted back to the group within eight weeks of their visit.
45 min tour and 1 hour long workshop. Longer workshops can be arranged at different price point.
£240 for groups of up to 16 participants (includes firing, glazing and postage costs)£130 for groups up to 8 participants (includes firing, glazing and postage costs)

Tour & Potter’s Wheel Workshop

Explore
Participants discover the story of how the Leach Pottery revitalised the tradition of handmade pottery.
Make
Participants will experience throwing on a potter’s wheel as they center their clay and experiment making cylinder forms. While the pots thrown will not be fired, pinch pots can be made and fired.
Ceramics will be fired and posted back to the group within eight weeks of their visit. 
45 min tour and 1 hour long workshop. Longer workshops can be arranged at different price point. Workshops can be arranged for groups of 16 in conversation with the Leach Team.
