May Half-Term: Bug Boxes

Using the hand-building approach of slab-building, build a lidded box. Bring the surfaces to life by impressing textures with decorating roulettes, creating rich patterns and movement across your piece. Sculpt a small creature to perch on top as a handle — a playful detail inspired by Bernard Leach’s charming lidded box crowned with a tiny snail.

Price: Free to TR26 and TR27 residents. £8 for everyone else
Where: In the Core Building, St Ives Community Orchard.
Places: 15 participants. All participants to book a place (adult and children). No bookings without a child in the group. If a child is accompanied by an adult not taking part we cannot accommodate more than one non-participating adult per child. 

Postage and collection: Collection is free, you will receive an email when ready to collect. Postage can be arranged for £8 for those who need it.
