Build and Sculpt a Kiln Tea Light Holder
Join us this Heritage Open Week and St Ives September Festival to hand-build a kiln-shaped tea light.
Use hand-building technique to sculpt a kiln-shaped tea light holder.
This is a drop-in workshop, no need to book. Last admission to the workshop, 3.30pm.
This workshop is written with children in mind but is suitable and welcoming of all generations. (If the workshop is busy explore the museum and we will alert you when there is space).
Equipment & materials: clay and a basic tool kit is provided. Please bring additional tools if you wish to use them along with an apron.
This course will: teach you basic hand building techniques.
You will leave with: A bisque fired tea light holder (for use with LED fairy lights only)
